Erin is absolutely wonderful! We have a reactive Cocker Spaniel and she’s shown dramatic improvement since walking with Erin. Erin utilizes positive reinforcement to help our dog have good experiences with other dogs. Our dog used to bark and lunge with other dogs and she now looks to us for treats instead. Working with Erin has made our walks much more enjoyable. We’ve had Byron walk for us on a few occasions as well and have been just as impressed with his professionalism and knack with our dog. In addition to walks, Erin pet sits for us and we come back to an excellent behaved dog and a clean house that’s just how we left it. Both Erin and Byron go above and beyond with our pup and we can’t recommend Ruffin it enough!
Erin and Byron are trustworthy, reliable and flexible. Any concerns I may have initially had about entrusting Sugar to someone else have long subsided. Sugar not only gets exercise but also gets to socialize in small, manageable groups where she is less likely to get overwhelmed and can get the attention she needs and deserves. Ruffin' It is the only local dog walking team we trust with our boys Finn and Louie. We met with a few walkers before meeting Byron and Erin in 2017. Since then, Byron has been our primary walker, and has not only taken great care of our boys, he's given us tips on good leads, harnesses and walking techniques. Erin is absolutely fantastic to work with and my dog, Chico loves her! She always sends me a recap of their adventures once his walk is over, which I look forward to and it helps me know how he's doing that day. She is incredibly reliable, which puts me at ease and allows me to focus on my day knowing that my dog, Chico is in good hands. Erin also knows the personalities of the dogs she walks and is attentive to their needs and ensures they are comfortable and happy on the walk. This includes knowing when they are "done" if it's raining or too hot and they want to be inside. I can't stress enough how invaluable it is to have such a warm, caring, professional person tending to my dog.
Best Dog Walking and Pet Sitting in Toronto's East End. Our 3.5 year old dog, Murray (Airedale Terrier) can be a real handful. He has unlimited energy and he's stubborn as F*** but Byron never gave up on him and always responds to Murray's behaviours with care and understanding. Now Murray is going on group walks and Byron sends us videos to show us how good he is doing. We LOVE that he takes time do to that for us. Byron and Erin go above and beyond in so many ways and they are super flexible and accommodating with my changing schedule. I honestly don't know what I would do without them. We love you guys!!!!!
I can't say enough about Erin's expertise, service and how considerate she is. To have her care for your dog is not really a service but, feels more like a family member caring for your beloved pet. Erin has now cared for 2 of my pooches. She cared for my Shadow, while she was in her Senior years. She made certain that Shadow got her walks in, but, also considered that Shadow may need to just sit and rest in the shade on the warmer days. Then, I adopted a wonderful rescue named Bailey. Like any rescue it takes time to open up their personalities and connect with their needs. Erin was able to connect wonderfully with Bailey in a very short time. Bailey absolutely adores Erin and I find comfort knowing that he is safely cared for by Erin when I am at work. If you want more than a dogwalker and you want someone who is always willing to do those little things, like close a window when it suddenly rains out, or, someone who will let you know that your pooch doesn't quite seem like themself, then Erin is your person! She is the best, most reliable dogwalker and always goes above and beyond! I always look forward to hearing about Baileys walks as Erin always leaves me a note. She is more than just a dogwalker. You are gaining a friend as she will care for your pooch like her very own.
We had a great experience with Ruffin it!! They were always reliable and also willing to add extra walks at the last minute if my husband and I needed to work late or had an event. Byron knows a ton about doggies and training, and was always willing to offer advice about training and good dog accessories when I asked him. He even taught our puppy a few commands during their walks. I would recommend Ruffin It to all.
We have been using Erin from Ruffin' It and she has been amazing. She's extremely reliable, even for last minute requests as our jobs often call for late nights. She's amazing with our Great Dane Goa who adores her. She's even helped train her and for anyone who knows Goa, she can be a scoundrel. I highly recommend her if you are in need of trustworthy, professional and fairly priced walking service! She really does go above and beyond.
Erin has been my go-to person, providing daily weekday walks, for the past 2 years. Her calm demeanour and professionalism has been a godsend in the care of my bouncy, anxious, excitable pup, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
